Disgraced investment baron Bernard Madoff may eventually go to prison for running what prosecutors say was the largest Ponzi scheme in history.

But until then, says Forward, the Jewish newspaper, while Madoff "remains holed up in his Upper East Side penthouse," he "might as well feast on warm leek and potato soup, Dover sole poached in vermouth, and cranberry linzertorte" -- all thanks to his wife, Ruth, a noted food writer and friend to many of New York City's finest chefs.
